2008 IMC International Mathematics Contest (Singapore)
Invitation Letter

Dear Sir/ Madam:
The International Mathematics Contest (IMC) , an annual contest and created as a contest with no restriction as to the nationality of the participants is to be held on 19-20 July 2008. It is in open alliance with the different organizations, schools, or individuals all over the world. IMC is aimed to create an interactive platform for all participants to motivate their interests in Mathematics.
We are delighted that Singapore has been selected for the third time to organize this event. In previous years, the participants from Singapore, India, Philippines, China and other countries had reached over 3000. This year, China has set up Pre-Contest in Beijing and other cities to select its best representatives from over 200 students for this international competition.
We are also certain that you have made the same process of preparation to come up with the best representatives for your city or country. As such, we will be more than happy to see you joining the International Mathematics Contest this year. We will always consider your participation as very essential in the success of this endeavor.
Important details of the guidelines for the competition and activity are provided below for your perusal. We sincerely welcome each and every country or city to participate in this upcoming event to be held in Singapore.
